Candy Mountain: Building the Agentic Office

Candy Mountain is a digital office in the cloud that manages projects and automates their execution with AI agents. Coordinating and communicating everything is Blane: a conversational director/assistant (think JARVIS) on desktop, phone web text and SMS, who wields custom tools paired with an instructional prompts and delegation to worker agents. The Project Factory is the backbone: tracking projects, tasks, and schedules in SQLite tables. The Candy Factory is the project automation engine, transforming workflow templates into executable steps, directing agentic workers with clear maps for execution, and storing outputs in cost-efficient Amsterdam file storage. The entire Candy Mountain system is hosted in Docker containers in an affordable German cloud. The factories create structure and schedule and Blane with his agents animate it, forming a dynamic, agentic workplace that does real work.
