Arrival and Check-In (6:00 PM)

• Curated community: Our goal is to foster a welcoming and productive environment for everyone. By checking in, you’re helping us maintain a high-quality attendee experience.
• Name tags and Flair: Make sure to grab a name tag and the appropriate flair (e.g. Job Seeker, Hiring, etc.) to make sure you meet the right people.

Networking and Food (6:00-6:30 PM)

• Mingle and connect: Take this opportunity to chat with fellow attendees, share your projects, and learn about what others are working on.
• Fuel your creativity: Enjoy some delicious food and drinks while networking.

Demos (6:30-7:45 PM)

• Inspiring presentations: Learn a series of 5-minute demos showcasing innovative AI applications. If you’d like to demo, please sign up for one on the event page. Demos are a fantastic way to introduce yourself to our community.
• Learn from the experts: Ask questions and gain insights from the presenters.

Lightning Talks (7:45-8:00 PM)

Networking (8:00-9:00 PM)
