As the Sole Developer and Architect for the Clinical AI Runtime, I was responsible for designing and implementing the complete generative UI runtime using CopilotKit AG-UI. A key achievement was engineering real-time data streaming and progressive UI assembly with useCopilotAction, which dynamically builds the clinical card, including progressive vitals, severity states, and countdown timers as the AI streams protocol arguments. I also developed the critical Allergy-Aware Treatment Mutation Engine (AllergyAlert) to automatically substitute contraindicated drugs with safe alternatives and provide accurate dosage guidance. Furthermore, I built an interactive Bundle Checklist with urgent, visual per-item countdown timers, and created a robust, three-state Action Button featuring integrated, UI-layer role-based access control. Core Copilot capabilities were integrated, leveraging useCopilotReadable for real-time patient context injection and useCopilotChat appendMessage for autonomous agentic follow-up post-authorization, all running on a CopilotRuntime with OpenAIAdapter (GPT-4o). I established the full governance framework for the system, encompassing the event cascade, comprehensive audit trail, and control feedback panel.
